Mark was most recently General Counsel and Company Secretary at leading global aerospace OEM Ontic. He rejoined Zegona in January 2025, having first served as Company Secretary at the company in 2020-2021.

He is an experienced General Counsel and strong entrepreneurship professional with over twenty years of leading in-house teams at UK listed companies including Future plc, Domino’s Pizza, and The AA. Prior to leading in-house teams, Mark had a 10-year career as a Corporate Lawyer with Allen & Overy and Simmonds & Simmonds.
